About the Role
Our small and friendly Financial Planning Practice is looking for a Paraplanner to join our team. The role is based in our beautiful Barn office just outside Wokingham.
This is a full-time position, working approximately 37.5 hours per week, hours and work pattern to be discussed. We may be prepared to consider a part-time position of at least 30 hours per week.
This role will involve working closely with our existing Financial Planner, Michael, and the administration team in delivering an exceptional Financial Planning experience to our existing clients. The responsibilities include crafting and maintaining Financial Plans, undertaking research and analysis, taking the lead on implementation of recommendations, and providing exceptional client service and support to our wonderful and loyal clients in conjunction with the administration team.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of £35-60,000 pa, no sales targets, a generous annual leave entitlement increasing with service, a company pension scheme and flexibility within working patterns to accommodate family life.
Requirements
You are likely to be a Paraplanner currently, looking for a role which is not sales-focussed and target driven but rather focussed solely on providing an exceptional Financial Planning experience to clients.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Paraplanner.
• At least 2 years working within a financial planning environment.
